For participants who have opted and paid for stay, accommodation is arranged for 3 nights from (11th afternoon to 14th afternoon) at Ginger Hotel, Fun City Mall, Ajronda Chowk, Main Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana 121001 on twin sharing basis. As already conveyed all the guests are required to make their own transport arrangements to reach the hotel o n 11th afternoon from airport/ railway station/ bus stand.
Shuttle will be made available for 12-14 November, 2018 for participation in the symposium events. Please report at the hotel reception by 8.00 AM for availing shuttle facility.

Interested to participate and present your poster in the theme areas of the symposium: please send your request along with a brief abstract to: idsymposium2018@rcb.res.in. Upon receipt of the same the organizing committee will revert to you about its acceptance with necessary details viz. dimensions of the poster and time slots for presentation. The early career researchers will be selected for delivering short talk from the above abstracts. Cash prize will be given to best three posters.
In view of the overwhelming response from the scientific community and with a view to encourage interested participants to register for the WIDSCygnus, the registration process is now available online and the fee details are summarized below:

Accommodation

Limited requests for accommodation will be entertained subject to availability on 'First come First serve basis' and twin sharing accommodation will be arranged in the guest houses and hostels for the students and faculty from academic institutions from November 11^th afternoon to 14^th afternoon only. Accommodation will be confirmed only for early bird registrants and may be extended to others if available.

Interested participants may also explore accommodation in nearby hotels at affordable rates. Hotels name and rate will be updated soon.

Transport

Shuttle facility for the occupants is being worked out for pick up in the morning and drop after the day's WIDSCygnus. Local transport from and to Delhi airport/ railway station/ bus stand to be taken care of by the participants.
